2.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
2.2 Service Modifications

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing:

- Cryptomining: Use servers for cryptocurrency mining without authorization
- Resource Abuse: Excessive resource consumption affecting other users
4.2 Resource Limits
Shared hosting accounts are subject to fair use policies. Excessive resource usage may result in:
- Account suspension or throttling
- Required upgrade to higher-tier plans
- Additional charges for overage
4.3 Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning and request for corrective action
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Legal action if required
5. Payment Terms & Billing
5.1 Pricing
Current pricing for our Services is available on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.
5.2 Billing Cycles
Services are billed on the following cycles:
- Monthly: Billed every month
- Quarterly: Billed every 3 months
- Semi-Annual: Billed every 6 months
- Annual: Billed every 12 months
- Biennial: Billed every 24 months
- Triennial: Billed every 36 months
5.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Bank transfer (for annual plans)

5.4 Automatic Renewal
Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged using your saved payment method.
5.5 Late Payment
Failure to pay by the due date may result in:

- Late fees of $15 or 5% (whichever is greater)
- Account termination after 14 days
- Data deletion after 30 days

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Note: The money-back guarantee applies only to hosting fees. Setup fees, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable.
6.2 Refund Exclusions
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations or transfers
- Dedicated server setup fees
- SSL certificate purchases
- Custom development work
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Services used beyond 30 days
6.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 30-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion for:
- Extended service outages (beyond SLA)
- Service quality issues we cannot resolve
- Billing errors or overcharges
6.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our billing department with your account details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Uptime Guarantee & SLA
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services, measured monthly.
7.1 SLA Credits
If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you are eligible for service credits:
- 99.5% - 99.89% uptime: 5% credit
- 99.0% - 99.49% uptime: 10% credit
- 95.0% - 98.99% uptime: 25% credit
- Below 95% uptime: 50% credit
7.2 SLA Exclusions
The uptime guarantee does not cover downtime resulting from:
- Scheduled maintenance (with 24-hour notice)
- Emergency maintenance for security
- Issues caused by your applications or content
- DDoS attacks or similar incidents
- Internet connectivity issues beyond our control
- Force majeure events
7.3 Claiming Credits
SLA credits must be claimed within 7 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future invoices and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Termination & Cancellation
8.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.2 Termination by HostMaster
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account is used for illegal activities
- Payment fails and remains unpaid after 14 days
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your activities harm our systems or other customers
8.3 Data Backup & Retrieval
Upon cancellation or termination:
- You have 7 days to download your data
- Backups are retained for 30 days (for active accounts)
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- We are not responsible for data loss after termination
Important: Always maintain your own backups. We recommend regular backups of all your website files, databases, and email data.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 HostMaster's Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our Services are owned by HostMaster and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9.2 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and display your content
- Create backups of your content
- Provide technical support
- Monitor for security and policy compliance
9.3 DMCA Compliance
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on our servers infringes your copyright, please contact our DMCA agent at dmca@hostmaster.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of infringing material
- Your contact information
- Statement of good faith belief

10. Limitation of Liability
